Low-calorie, light, Polish bread baked on the basis of rye flour with the addition of spelt flour. Characterised by a very high content of dietary fibre.

Ingredients: ΣΪΕ ΖΜΟΦΣ, corn porridge, ΤΠΕΜΥ ΖΜΟΦΣ 23%, ΨΘΕΑΥ ΖΙΒΣΕ 7%, ΟΑΥΝΕΑΜ ΒΣΑΞ 5%, water, rice flour,ΒΑΣΜΕΪ ΝΑΜΥ ΕΩΥΣΑΓΥ, inulin 2%, salt, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.Best before: date and batch number on the top of the packaging. Store in a dry, cool place. Crisp bread, extruded, without added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars; Once the packaging is opened, consume within 24 hours; Net weight: 170g.
